Dean Long is the CEO of the Accommodation Association of Australia, the largest representative association for the Accommodation Sector in Australia. Dean is a Public Policy professional with over a decade of experience providing advice to Governments around Australia and the business sectors with a focus on delivering advocacy outcomes that are mutually beneficial. Dean was appointed as CEO in June 2019 following several highly regarded senior roles, including Head of Public Policy for the Australian Federation of Travel Agents, and has successfully led industry responses to regulatory changes across financial services, taxation, consumer affairs, immigration and planning.
